Does Plavigo support Finnish construction TES payroll rules?
Yes. Plavigo includes construction industry TES settings, per-employee rates and payroll export based on approved hours.
Can hours be logged on mobile or WhatsApp?
Yes. Workers log hours, kilometers, expenses and absences in a mobile view in the field. As an add-on, hours can be logged directly in WhatsApp via a reminder message.
Does Plavigo require a separate mobile app?
No. Plavigo is designed mobile-first and runs directly in the phone browser — nothing to download or update. Workers and subcontractors can log hours from day one, and hours can also be logged straight from WhatsApp.
Can TR and MVR safety measurements be done with Plavigo?
Yes. Weekly TR/MVR rounds are done on a phone with tally counting: the TR level is calculated automatically, defects stay tracked until signed off, and the report is stored as a PDF on the project.
Does Plavigo replace a paper site diary?
Yes. The digital site diary pre-fills entries from time entries and fetches weather automatically. Signed entries lock, the supervisor acknowledges them digitally, and the whole diary exports as a PDF.
Can site inductions be done with Plavigo?
Yes. Inductions use a digital checklist, qualifications and card expiry dates are verified automatically, signatures are captured on screen and the form is archived as a PDF on the project.
What can the Plavigo AI do?
Plavigo AI creates projects and task lists, reads receipts, calculates material consumption, answers questions about projects, hours and the TES, builds reports and watches your data through the attention list. AI is included in every plan at no extra fee.
Can I make quotes with Plavigo?
Yes. Create contract, unit-price and hourly quotes on your own branded template (logo, colors, fonts), or let the AI draft one from project data. Payment schedules reconcile against the total, reverse charge VAT and the household-deduction labor share are built in, and an accepted quote becomes a project in one click.
