1. General

These terms of service apply to the use of the Plavigo service. By registering and using the service, you accept these terms of service.

2. Service Usage

Plavigo is a project management service for the construction industry. Using the service requires registration.

3. Package Limits

The basic package includes the following limits:

• 5 simultaneously active projects - The basic package allows up to 5 simultaneously active projects.
• 2 years of history - Data retention period is 2 years. Older data is archived automatically.
• 45 MB file size - Maximum file size for expense receipts and report attachments is 45 MB per file.
• Users - User seats are purchased separately. The basic package includes 1 admin profile and 3 worker profiles.

These limits apply to the basic package. For more information about premium features and extensions, please contact us.

4. Billing and Payments

The service is billed monthly or yearly. Invoices are sent by email. Additional seats and premium features are added to the invoice according to the next billing cycle.

14-day money-back guarantee (new customers only): If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days after registration, we will refund all payments made in full.

5. Liability

Plavigo is not responsible for data entered by users or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
