Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service apply to the use of the Plavigo service. By registering and using the service, you accept these terms of service.

2. Service Usage

Plavigo is a project management service for the construction industry. Using the service requires registration.

3. Package Limits

The basic package includes the following limits:

• 5 simultaneously active projects - The basic package allows up to 5 simultaneously active projects.
• Data retention - Project records and images are retained during your subscription. They are not automatically archived or deleted at two years, and opening older records has no separate archive fee. Use the available Excel and PDF exports and download images before your subscription ends. You then have 30 days from the subscription end date to request an export through support (it@plavigo.fi), with no separate retrieval fee. This is a support-assisted export window, not continued normal access. Company project data is deleted after this window. Billing and accounting records subject to statutory retention are kept separately for the required period. Customers are responsible for keeping their own archive.
• Your company receives 1 GB of image storage shared across all projects (technical limit: 1,073,741,824 bytes). When full, new image uploads stop. Existing images remain accessible during your subscription. Delete unneeded images to free space, or agree extra capacity and its price with support before ordering.
• 45 MB file size - Maximum file size for expense receipts and report attachments is 45 MB per file.
• Users - The plan includes 1 administrator seat and 3 worker seats. An administrator enabled to work also uses one worker seat. Subcontractors use worker seats.

4. Billing and Payments

The annual plan costs €239.87 per year, billed in one payment (€19.99/month is the rounded monthly equivalent). The monthly plan costs €22.21/month. Prices exclude VAT; extra seats and separately ordered add-ons cost extra. Invoices are emailed. The subscription renews for another month or year according to your chosen billing cycle unless cancelled before the next period starts. Cancel by emailing it@plavigo.fi before the next billing period starts. We confirm cancellation and the end date by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. After the guarantee, unused portions of annual or monthly fees are not refunded. Under the year-end 2026 campaign, free access ends on 31 December 2026 and the paid period begins on 1 January 2027; cancel before then to avoid the first paid period.

For new customers, the 14-day money-back guarantee starts with the first paid service period, not registration. For the year-end 2026 campaign, the guarantee runs from 1–14 January 2027. Request cancellation and a refund during that time at it@plavigo.fi: we refund paid subscription fees for the first period, including extra seats, and cancel corresponding unpaid invoices. Separately agreed one-off work is excluded. Renewals do not restart the guarantee.

5. Liability

Plavigo is not responsible for data entered by users or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
